Our Cambridge Business English courses are designed as professional language training for students with a focus on English in a Business context. The courses are also designed to prepare students for the range of Cambridge BEC Business English examinations or business work environment. Our classes cover core structured Business English Tuition, using a course book, together with practical skills development in all study areas: listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary in the context of business language. At the same time, students work on different projects, hold meetings and group discussions or perform their own presentations.
Our teachers use a range of different methods to help students succeed in formal and informal discussions and negotiations using a variety of authentic business materials. We use a set of business course books together with video and practical task projects. In addition, students are given support to succeed in realistic situations with telephone skills, writing emails, reports or business letters. We monitor students’ progress through weekly formative tests and regular tutorials, which are designed to help the teachers to identify student’s learning needs and highlight progress.
